Key Responsibilities

Functional & Technical Leadership

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of CCH Tagetik solutions.
- Manage financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Tagetik solution designs.
- Configure Tagetik workflows, data models, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment with accounting and financial reporting requirements.

Project Management

- Lead end-to-end Tagetik implementation and enhancement projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consulting partners.
- Drive system upgrades, testing, and migration activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Finance leadership, Controllership, FP&A;, and IT teams.
- Conduct workshops and solution reviews with business stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.

Data & Reporting

- Develop and support financial reports, consolidated statements,



and management dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
- Support integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or other source systems.

Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor Tagetik consultants, analysts, and support resources.
- Drive knowledge sharing and capability development within the team.
- Establish best practices for system administration and support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in CPM/EPM solutions, with at least 4+ years in CCH Tagetik.
- Hands-on experience in Tagetik implementation and support.
- Robust understanding of Financial Consolidation, FP&A;, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent certification.
- CCH Tagetik certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting processes.
