Job Summary

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executives for our Lucknow team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and convincing skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills
- Candidates comfortable with the mentioned shifts can apply

Shift Timings

- Shift-10:00 AM – 7:00 Pm/12pm-9pm
- Working Days: 5 days
- Weekly Off: 2 days

Salary & Benefits

- ₹20,000 In-Hand
- ₹23,000 CTC

- Handle customer queries professionally through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Convince and assist customers as per business requirements.
