Position: CRM Executive

Industry: Logistics / Courier

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Logistics

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and monitor shipments and delivery status Coordinate with customers regarding shipment updates and queries

Follow up on pending deliveries and ensure timely resolution

Handle POD (Proof of Delivery) and shipment-related issues

Coordinate with operations, delivery and branch teams

Manage customer complaints and escalations

Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reports

Coordinate for reverse pickups and undelivered shipments

Support docket generation and shipment processing





Ensure timely communication with customers

Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in the Logistics/Courier industry

Good communication

customer-handling skills

Basic knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics operations

Positive knowledge of MS Excel Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
