The Role
As a Social Media Intern, you will work across multiple brands and projects on content, social media, research, influencer management, audits and reporting. You may work on everything from identifying a content idea and researching a market to shortlisting creators, coordinating with them, conducting audits and tracking performance. The exact mix will vary based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Track social media trends, formats, conversations and platform updates.
- Develop content ideas across brands, platforms and formats.
- Support content planning, coordination, execution and publishing.
- Assist with day-to-day social media management.
Brand, Market & Competitor Research
- Research brands, audiences, competitors, industries and relevant topics.
- Identify useful insights, trends, references and content opportunities.
- Research websites, creators and digital platforms as required.
Influencer Management & Audits
- Shortlist influencers based on brand, campaign and project requirements.
- Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience relevance, engagement metrics and brand fit.
- Maintain influencer lists and databases.
- Collect,
organise and analyse information for influencer and social media audits.
- Assist with or conduct audits as required.
- Reach out to shortlisted creators and manage communication.
- Coordinate calls, meetings and follow-ups.
- Support creator collaborations from shortlist through execution.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track social media performance and maintain reporting sheets.
- Compile relevant platform metrics.
- Identify patterns and observations from performance data.
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, creators and external stakeholders.
- Track tasks, timelines, requirements and follow-ups.
- Communicate progress, requirements and blockers clearly.

Who Will Do Well Here
Someone who is curious, observant, creative and organised, with a genuine interest in social media, content and brands. You should enjoy understanding why things work, be comfortable moving between different types of work, and be willing to learn by doing. Prior professional experience is not required, but initiative, reliability and the ability to think independently matter.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
