Role Overview

daily meeting minimum 20 retail outlets, Drive retail expansion by onboarding local chicken shops, mutton counters, ice cream parlours, daily parlours and frozen food retailers into the Taazameat franchise network for Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) meat product lines, PICKLES, podulu, other food products

Key Responsibilities

- Field Visits: Conduct daily in-person visits to a minimum of 20 retail outlets (chicken shops, mutton stalls, and frozen food dealers).
- Franchise Acquisition: Pitch and convert shop owners to become official Taazameat franchisees, showcasing margin advantages, customer demand, and brand support.
- Product Presentation: Present the full catalog of Ready-to-Cook and Ready-to-Eat meat items, explaining product storage, replenishment, and display standards.
- Account Onboarding: Complete merchant agreements, coordinate initial stock placement, and ensure merchandising visibility at retail counters.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily visit logs, follow up on warm leads, and meet monthly sales volume goals.

Targets & Compensation





- Monthly Business Target: ₹5,00,000 in franchise onboarding/product sales.
- Sales Incentive: 5% on achievement of the ₹5,00,000 target (earning potential of ₹25,000+ in incentives alone).
- Daily Allowance (DA): ₹200/- per day for local travel and field expenses.
- Fixed Salary: Competitive based on experience.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, frozen foods, meat distribution, or dairy retail.
- Strong direct selling and negotiation skills with traditional meat shop owners and local grocers.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi/Urdu.
- age less than 30 years please
