Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and support business development activities for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Explain IT products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain daily call records and prepare follow-up reports.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of IT products/services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
