We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company. The candidate should have a minimum graduate qualification and practical experience in Tally/Tally Prime and basic accounting procedures ( Near kunnamkulam-Thrissur near by candidate can apply).

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Enter purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices and financial documents.
- Assist in GST-related data preparation and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors,



customers and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updating of accounting entries.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Minimum Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical working experience in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation procedures is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
