TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Workday Enterprise Architect to lead Workday architecture, design, governance, scalability, security, integrations, and future-state strategy.

The ideal candidate should have successfully led multiple end-to-end Workday implementations and be comfortable working with senior HR, Payroll, Finance, technology, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and govern Workday roadmap, enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and future-state architecture.
- Provide architectural leadership across Core HCM, Payroll, Advantages, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Learning.
- Lead Workday technical architecture covering Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, integrations, security, reporting, and data architecture.
- Define tenant strategy, Workday Extend strategy, and release management approach.
- Conduct architecture reviews and approve major solution and design changes.
- Ensure Workday solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops, design sessions, fit-gap analysis, configuration reviews, testing strategy,



cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Work closely with internal teams, implementation partners, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Provide strategic recommendations and drive continuous post-go-live optimization.
- Mentor senior team members and drive accountability across internal and external teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in Workday Enterprise/Solution Architecture.
- Multiple successful end-to-end Workday implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Workday functional and technical architecture.
- Hands-on understanding of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.
- Experience in Workday governance, architecture standards, roadmap planning, and solution design.
- Experience working with senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-visibility environment.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
