**Package:** Upto ₹8.5 LPA *(Basis Last Drawn Compensation)*

**Job Location:** Noida

**Work Mode:** Work From Office *

*Experience:** Minimum 1 Year of WFM Dialer experience is mandatory *

*Qualification:** Graduation Mandatory *

*Mandatory Communication:** Excellent English Communication

WORK DETAILS **Shift Timing:** Rotational Shift – Mostly Night Shifts **Working Days:** 5 Days *

*Week Off:** Rotational Week Off **Mode of Interview:** Virtual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Handle WFM activities related to dialer operations.

* Monitor dialer performance and workforce requirements.*

Analyse WFM/dialer data and identify operational gaps.*

Coordinate with operations teams for effective workforce planning.*

Prepare and maintain WFM reports as required.





REQUIRED SKILLS* Minimum 1 Year of relevant **WFM Dialer experience**.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Good understanding of workforce management and dialer operations.

* Excellent English communication skills.
