Job Description –

We are looking for a highly experienced and capable Senior Interior Design Project Lead to independently manage and deliver high-value interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in design development, project execution, client management, and team leadership, with the ability to handle projects valued at ₹1 crore and above. Key Responsibilities Independently manage and execute interior design projects valued at ₹1 crore+. Lead projects from design development through execution and final handover. Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials in coordination with the purchase team. Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution progress. Resolve design, technical, and site-related issues effectively. Lead and mentor the design team to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed quality, budget, and timeline parameters. Maintain proper project documentation and progress reports.



Required Experience & Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience handling high-value interior projects independently. Experience managing projects valued at ₹1 crore and above. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and site execution. Experience in client handling, vendor coordination, and contractor management. Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing. Preferred Skills Excellent design and visualization capabilities. Proficiency in industry-standard interior design software. Strong project planning and coordination skills. Excellent communication and client-management skills. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines. Compensation ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)
