Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic, target-driven Admission Counsellor to drive student enrollments through outbound calling, front desk/walk-in management, home visits, and event/demo invitations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100 outbound calls per day, with a minimum of 70 successfully connected calls
- Conduct cold calling on leads/data provided by the company
- Convert leads into admissions across Human Intelligence Labs' courses (Flagship Program, Data Analytics & BI, AI Native Professionals Program)
- Achieve a daily target of 2 walk-ins
- Manage the front desk — greet and handle walk-in students/visitors, ensure a professional first impression of the company
- Schedule and conduct home visits to meet students' parents, explaining course details, career outcomes, and fee structure to support the admission decision
- Invite and confirm student attendance for the Saturday demo sessions




- Invite and confirm student attendance for Saturday hackathons/events
- Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the admission funnel
- Maintain accurate call/lead, walk-in, and home-visit records and daily activity reports
- Directly contribute to company revenue through successful admissions

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Hinglish comfort preferred)
- Presentable, qualified demeanor for front desk and home-visit interactions with parents
- Willingness to travel locally for scheduled home visits
- Prior experience in tele-calling, telesales, admission counselling, or front desk/reception preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with high call volumes and daily targets
- Basic computer/CRM literacy
- Own two-wheeler preferred (for home visits)
- Graduate (any stream)
