Production Incharge / Engineer/ Sr. Engineer

Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily production activities and manpower.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
- Handle shop-floor operations and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Monitor CNC/VMC, Grinding, Forging, Machine Shop & Laser Cutting operations.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, and material wastage.
- Maintain production reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow 5S, safety, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Identify production issues and support process improvement.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to Grinding, Forging, Laser Cutting & Machine Shop preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
