We are hiring AR Callers / Medical Billing AR Specialists for our Healthcare BPO process.

Position: AR Caller / AR Specialist

Process: US Healthcare – Accounts Receivable

Experience: 1–3 years in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing

Location: Chennai

Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities,

Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims,Handle claim denials, rejections, and underpayments,Check claim status through payer portals and calls,Identify and resolve billing/claim issues,Maintain accurate follow-up notes and documentatio,Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Required Skills

Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM Experience in AR calling and denial management

Positive communication skills

Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS, and claim forms

Willingness to work in US shifts

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
