Working Hours: Normally 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; flexibility required for rotational shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 weekly off

About the Role

HealthLand Clinic is looking for a Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing, collections, payment reconciliation, and billing coordination for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient billing for consultations, procedures, therapies, packages, and other services.
- Collect payments through Cash, UPI, cards, and other approved payment modes.
- Generate accurate bills, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Conduct daily cash closing and payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Pharmacy, Doctors, Therapists and Finance Team on billing-related matters.




- Verify billing entries, discounts, cancellations, refunds and adjustments as per approved procedures.
- Identify and report any billing or collection discrepancies promptly.
- Send a Daily EOD Email covering billing, collections, payment modes and any discrepancies/issues.
- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents.
- Assist the Finance Team with monthly closing and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / Finance / Accounting or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing; healthcare/clinic/pharmacy experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing/POS systems.
- Robust numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organised, honest and patient-friendly.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per clinic requirements.
