Job Description: Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience Required: 2 – 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content strategy, community engagement, campaign management, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community and followers
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align messaging




- Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and vendors as needed
- Handle brand reputation and manage crisis communication on social platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing/management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Hands-on experience running paid social ad campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust creative and visual sense
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus
