This is a full-time on-site role for an Ocean Import Manager an at Topper & Router in New Delhi. An Ocean Import Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

The role involves coordinating with consignees to ensure timely duty payments and overseeing post-clearance

A Freight Forwarder Ocean Import is responsible for managing the importation of goods by ocean, including all aspects of the logistics process such as customs clearance, carrier booking, cargo tracking, and delivery to the final destination. This role involves coordinating with various parties including carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Minimum Year of Experience 6-9 Year

Monitor shipments and track import timelines to prevent delays.

· Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate transportation.

· Stay updated on changes in import regulations and tariffs.

· Resolve any issues related to shipping or customs promptly.

· Provide support in developing import strategies to improve efficiency.

· Providing exceptional customer service and closing customer complaints

· Procurement for Ocean/Imports biz. LCL , FCL & Project Shipments





· Rate Negotiation with Shipping Line & network Offices.

· Preparing Monthly report of Branch for management review submission

· Approaching to existing nomination customer for freehand business

· Handling customer query & escalations.

Educational background / Work experience

- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in ocean imports is highly desirable
- Manager Team member
