Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Planning solutions including Workforce Planning, Financial Planning, and related modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Design and develop business rules, calculation logic, forms, and dashboards.
- Manage data integrations using Data Management / Integration tools and automate data pipelines.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Workforce, Financials).
- Expertise in business rules, calculation manager, and data integrations.
- Good understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with EPM integrations (e.g., ERP systems like Oracle EBS).
- Knowledge of scripting (Groovy) and automation.
- Prior experience in leading teams or managing client engagements.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
