Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8 hours work daily total of 48 hours)

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and forecasting, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist with financial audits, coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Accounting and Record Keeping:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and compliance with financial policies.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Budgeting and Cost Management:
- Assist in the budget preparation process, analyzing departmental budgets and making recommendations.
- Monitor spending and participate in financial planning to reduce costs.
- Internal Controls and Compliance:




- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to ensure compliance with accounting best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a team workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
