Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Communication Executive to manage day-to-day communication with clients, understand their requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, calls, and meetings.
- Understand and document client requirements clearly.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers.
- Provide clients with regular project updates.
- Follow up on pending requirements, feedback, and approvals.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain proper records of client communication and project updates.
- Understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Escalate technical or project-related issues to the appropriate team.





Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of websites, Shopify, mobile apps, digital marketing, or IT services.
- Ability to communicate with international clients professionally.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Fresher or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
