Production Planning and Execution

- Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage daily and weekly production plans, scheduling batches to ensure timely dispatch. [1]
- Capacity Optimization: Maximize machine and floor utilization while minimizing manufacturing bottlenecks. [1, 2]
- Batch Operations: Oversee the granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating stages for tablets and capsules. [1, 2, 3]

2. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation

- GMP Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and state/national FDA requirements. [1, 2]
- Batch Records: Prepare, review, and approve physical and digital Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR). [1]
- Audits: Lead or support internal, customer, and regulatory drug authority audits. [1, 2]

3. Quality Control and Validation

- In-Process Checks: Monitor critical quality attributes (hardness,



disintegration time, weight variation, and friability) for tablets and capsules.
- Equipment Qualification: Oversee equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation activities. [1]
- Troubleshooting: Resolve formulation, sticking, capping, weight fluctuation, or machine-related issues on the production floor. [1, 2]

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
