Robotics Facilitator

Academics & Technical Training | Robotics R&D; Project Mentoring | Full-Time 0–2 Years Experience | Thrissur, Kerala

ABOUT THE ROLE

Inker Robotics is looking for a Robotics Facilitator to design and deliver engaging, hands-on robotics learning experiences for a wide range of audiences — from schools and universities to corporate teams and faculty development programs (FDPs).

The ideal candidate blends strong technical robotics knowledge with the communication skills to teach it well, translating complex concepts into practical, project-based learning while also contributing to the company's robotics R&D; and prototyping initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training & Program Delivery

- Conduct robotics-focused training programs, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions for schools, colleges, universities, faculty, corporate teams, and customized institutional audiences.
- Deliver both beginner and advanced-level robotics programs tailored to the target audience.
- Facilitate practical, project-based, and experiential learning sessions.
- Break down complex robotics concepts into straightforward, structured, and engaging explanations.
- Lead technical demonstrations and live robotics activities.

Academic Content & Curriculum

- Develop and continuously update training content, lesson plans, practical activities, presentations, and project modules.
- ▪Customize academic content to the specific requirements of institutions, organizations, faculty, and learners.
- ▪Support the design of short-term workshops, certification programs, FDPs, add-on courses, and long-term robotics programs.
- ▪Incorporate current technologies and industry-relevant applications into training content.
- ▪Prepare assignments, assessments, project briefs, and evaluation methodologies.

Project & Student Mentoring

- Guide learners through the full project lifecycle — from ideation to working prototype.
- Mentor participants in hardware selection, circuit design, programming, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.




- Support robotics competitions, exhibitions, technical events, and innovation activities.
- Evaluate projects and provide constructive technical feedback.

Institutional & Organizational Programs

- Understand the technical and learning needs of partner institutions and organizations.
- Support the development and execution of customized robotics programs based on client requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions with academic institutions, organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, program structures, module plans, and training requirements.
- Deliver programs both at Inker facilities and at external locations.

Robotics R&D; & Project Development

- Contribute to internal and client-oriented robotics R&D; projects.
- Support the development of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and robotics solutions.
- Research emerging technologies, robotics platforms, components, and applications.
- Work hands-on with robotics hardware, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, embedded systems, and automation technologies.
- Support hardware-software integration, programming, testing, debugging, and system validation.
- Document experiments, technical findings, prototypes, iterations, and test results.
- Convert R&D; outcomes into practical academic demonstrations, projects, and training modules.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong understanding of robotics and automation.
- Hands-on experience with robotics hardware and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent platforms.
- Programming proficiency in C/C++, Python,



or other relevant languages.
- Working understanding of:

–Sensors and actuators

–ROS (Robot Operating System)

–Motors and motor drivers

–Basic electronics

–Embedded systems

–Communication protocols

–Robotics control systems

–Hardware-software integration

- Ability to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and modify robotics systems.
- Strong practical problem-solving and debugging skills.

COMMUNICATION & FACILITATION SKILLS

The ideal candidate can:

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adapt training methodology to the audience's knowledge level.
- Confidently lead classroom, laboratory, workshop, and corporate/organizational sessions.
- Engage participants through demonstrations and hands-on activities.
- Manage technical sessions independently at external locations.
- Interact professionally with faculty, students, institutional representatives, organizational teams, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Candidates from other technical backgrounds with strong hands-on robotics experience and project portfolios are also welcome to apply. Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience for entry-level candidates. Freshers with strong hands-on robotics projects are encouraged to apply. Preferred
- Experience in robotics training, technical facilitation, project development, or R&D.; Prior experience conducting FDPs, workshops, institutional training, corporate/organizational technical programs, or customized training is an added advantage.
