What You’ll Do

- Engage with prospective and existing banking clients to understand their business, technology, and testing requirements.
- Conduct requirement discovery sessions, workshops, and client discussions.
- Design end-to-end testing solutions covering manual, automation, integration, regression, performance, and other testing needs.
- Develop solution approaches, testing strategies, effort estimates, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
- Support the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, demos, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Collaborate with Sales teams during client meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions.
- Clearly articulate the value of proposed testing solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services.
- Experience in Software Testing, QA, Test Consulting, or Solution Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC




- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Automation Testing
- Understanding of banking domains such as Digital Banking, Payments, Commercial Banking
- Solid client-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building proposals, estimations & SOW’s
