Admissions & Student Counsellor – Masters Programmes (Sports Management & Event Management)

Role Objective

Own and drive the student admissions journey for the Masters programmes—from lead generation and counselling to application, enrolment and student engagement.

The role requires a robust combination of student counselling, admissions sales, relationship building and team coordination, with a focus on achieving enrolment objectives while ensuring a high-quality student experience.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in admissions, student counselling, education sales or a related role.
- Experience in higher education, preferably in postgraduate or professional programmes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate career opportunities and programme value propositions.




- Strong counselling and consultative selling skills, with the ability to handle student and parent objections.
- Comfortable working with targets, lead funnels and conversion metrics.
- Experience with CRM/LMS systems and admissions MIS.
- Ability to build relationships with colleges, institutions and external partners.
- Proactive, energetic and comfortable working independently as well as as part of a team.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities during peak admissions periods

Working Days: Mon-Sat (10 am- 6 pm)
