Job Description – E-Way Bill Executive / Transport Documentation Executive

Role: E-Way Bill Executive
Industry: Transportation / Logistics / Freight
Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage e-Way Bills for transportation of goods through the GST e-Way Bill portal.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, GSTINs, HSN details, vehicle numbers, transporter IDs and other required information before generation.
- Assign/update transporter and vehicle details and update Part-B information as required.
- Monitor e-Way Bill validity and ensure documentation is available before vehicle dispatch.
- Handle cancellation, correction through cancellation/re-generation, and other e-Way Bill-related issues.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, dispatch, billing, warehouse and accounts teams.
- Maintain records of e-Way Bills, LR/GR numbers, invoices and vehicle movements.
- Prepare daily reports for pending, generated, cancelled and expired e-Way Bills.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST and transportation documentation requirements.
- Support reconciliation of e-Way Bills with invoices and transportation records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
