Caspian Supply Chain Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Accounts Executive with a solid focus on Accounts Receivable and financial reporting. We are looking for a meticulous professional who can handle the end-to-end accounting cycle for our Edappally operations.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to turn financial data into actionable reports that help us optimize our resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Transaction Management: Maintain accurate receipts and digital records for all business transactions.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage and monitor receivables, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and evaluate financial reports, including Balance Sheets, P&L; statements, and Invoices.
- Software Proficiency: Execute daily accounting tasks with high precision using Tally and advanced Excel.
- Audit & Monitoring: Constantly monitor transactions to identify irregularities in invoices and reconcile bank deposits and payments.
- Resource Optimization: Analyze financial data to provide insights on cost-saving and resource allocation.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts, specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and financial formulas).
- Documentation: Proven experience in preparing formal financial statements and handling complex billing.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi (speaking) is required for coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to spot discrepancies and irregularities in high-volume transaction data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
