Job Title: HR Compliance Executive / Asst. Manager – Factory Operations
Location: Chennai (Manufacturing Unit)
Experience: 5–7 Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR Compliance Executive to oversee end-to-end statutory compliance, labour law adherence, and liaison operations for our Chennai manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess 5–7 years of core manufacturing HR experience, with solid expertise in managing regulatory bodies, environmental clearances, and shop-floor labour governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Statutory & Payroll Compliance:
- Manage monthly calculations, filings, returns, and dispute resolutions for EPF, ESI, LWF, and Professional Tax.
- Maintain all physical and digital statutory registers (Form A, B, C, D, wage registers, leave registers) as mandated by Tamil Nadu Labour Rules.
- Factory Licensing & Regulatory Approvals:
- Handle end-to-end processing for Factory Licence issuance, annual renewals, stability certificates, and building plan approvals under the Factories Act, 1948.
- Oversee Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) documentation, including Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) renewals, hazardous waste records, and audit filings.
- Proven expertise in Factories Act compliance, EPF/ESI, DISH regulations, factory licensing, TNPCB approvals, and contract labor governance.
- Contract Labor Governance:
- Ensure full compliance under the Contract Labor (R&A;) Act, including principal employer registration, contractor licenses, wage verification, and contractor EPF/ESI audit tracking.
- Liaison & Audit Management:
- Represent the company during inspections by Labor Department, Factory Inspectorate, EPF/ESI officials, and TNPCB authorities. Prepare the plant for external customer audits, EHS audits, and statutory compliance reviews.
Parameter Requirement
Education :Bachelor's Degree / MBA in HR, Labor Welfare, or MSW (Personnel Management preferred)
Experience : 5–7 years of core factory HR compliance experience in a manufacturing unit.
Technical Knowledge :Deep practical expertise in Factories Act (1948), TN Labor Rules, TNPCB Norms, and EPF/ESI Portals
Key Skills: Regulatory Liaison, Statutory Auditing, Vendor Management, Documentation.
