We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Fresher Operators to join the Operations & Manufacturing team at Eco Refine Enviro Solutions (ERES).

Candidates with a Diploma (any specialization), B.E. Mechanical, B.E./B.Tech in any engineering discipline, or any Graduation are eligible to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring production, fabrication, and water/wastewater treatment plant equipment, assisting in the operation of ZLD, ETP, and STP systems, handling materials, performing basic quality inspections, maintaining daily production and operation records, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.

Candidates should be willing to learn, work in rotational shifts, follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain housekeeping (5S), and support preventive maintenance activities. Training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Freshers with a positive attitude, basic technical knowledge, solid teamwork, and a willingness to build a career in environmental engineering and sustainable manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
