Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B clients and industrial end-users.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and direct prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, factories, OEMs, contractors, and project-based customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial products and solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and product offers.
- Follow up with clients from enquiry to order closure and ensure timely coordination.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, sales orders, and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up in coordination with the Accounts team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering,



Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience in B2B industrial sales or direct end-user sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Industrial Products, Engineering Products, Electrical/Mechanical Products, Safety Products, or related sectors will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and independently develop recent customers.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and techno-commercial discussions will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
