We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online selling activities and support our e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Amazon, AI tools such as ChatGPT, content writing, product listings, and courier/shipping portals such as DHL and India Post.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update Amazon product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Create and improve product descriptions and other e-commerce content using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content creation, research, product listing optimization, and day-to-day tasks.
- Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly product content.
- Manage orders, shipping, returns, cancellations, and basic customer queries.
- Book and manage shipments through DHL, India Post, and other courier/shipping portals.
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate with the packing/dispatch team to ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed or undelivered packages.
- Maintain basic records of orders, inventory, shipments, and returns.
- Monitor Amazon account performance and identify issues that require attention.
- Assist with other online marketplace and e-commerce activities as required.

Skills Required

- Basic to good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.




- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools.
- Good content-writing and product-description skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword usage is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with courier/shipping portals such as DHL and India Post.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Ability to learn new software and online platforms quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
