Spare Parts Manager – MSA TVS

Responsible for managing the complete spare parts operations, including inventory planning, procurement, stock control, billing, and sales. Ensure optimum stock availability, minimize ageing/dead stock, maintain accurate records, and support the service & sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage spare parts inventory, ordering and stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper stock control, reconciliation and minimize shortages/ageing.
- Drive spare parts sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with Service, Sales and TVS teams for requirements.
- Monitor parts movement, fast/slow-moving items and maintain optimum inventory.
- Lead and monitor spare parts staff for productivity and accountability.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation and adherence to dealership processes.

Experience: 3+ years in automobile spare parts, preferably 2W dealership experience.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
