We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern / Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring of mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through relevant recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and applications




- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment updates

Profiles We’re Hiring For

- Consultant Psychologists
- Clinical Psychologists
- Psychiatrists

Languages: Malayalam & Tamil

Requirements

- Solid communication skills in English; Malayalam or Tamil is preferred
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Prior recruitment experience is an advantage
