About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at Fist Innovations Pvt. Ltd. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and execute real-world digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management. Successful interns will have the opportunity for full-time employment with a competitive salary upon confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research, assist with on-page SEO, optimize website content, and track organic performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Engage with followers and monitor performance metrics.
- Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, and website copy aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and email marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, compile data into reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.




- Design & Creative Assets: Create basic graphics, banners, and short-form videos using tools like Canva or CapCut to support marketing activities.
- Market & Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep strategies up to date.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup setting.

Stipend: Upto ₹10,000

Post-Confirmation: Salary based on industry standards
