About the Role

Sezon Papers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing activities, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth invoicing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process sales invoices, bills, and related documents accurately.
- Verify billing details, rates, quantities, taxes, discounts, and customer information.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other billing documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, dispatch, and logistics teams regarding billing requirements.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices and billing discrepancies.
- Ensure timely generation and submission of invoices.
- Maintain billing data and update records in the accounting/Profit NX software.
- Assist in reconciliation of invoices and outstanding billing-related information.




- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and applicable GST requirements.
- Prepare basic billing reports and provide information to the accounts team when required.
- Perform other billing and documentation tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in billing, invoicing, accounts, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and billing processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
