Dispatch Executive – Construction King

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce or a related field will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Plan and execute dispatch schedules as per customer requirements and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with sales, production, stores, purchase, transporters and customers for smooth dispatch operations.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch plans, delivery schedules and daily dispatch reports.
- Ensure timely availability and proper documentation of materials before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability, loading and delivery schedules.
- Monitor loading, unloading and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy and timely movement of materials.
- Verify material quantity, specifications and dispatch details before shipment.
- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills and other required dispatch documents.
- Track dispatched materials and coordinate with transporters for delivery status and updates.
- Maintain daily dispatch records, MIS, stock movement records and relevant documentation.




- Coordinate with the concerned teams in case of shortages, damages, delays or discrepancies.
- Monitor pending and completed deliveries and ensure timely closure of dispatches.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies, safety procedures and dispatch processes.
- Identify dispatch-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of vehicles, transporter details, delivery status and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare regular dispatch updates and reports for management.
- Support process improvements to increase dispatch efficiency and reduce delays.

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing, construction, steel, cement, building materials, fabrication, logistics or related industries will be an advantage. Candidates with solid dispatch coordination, transporter handling, documentation and delivery tracking skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
