Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Shooting: Shoot high-quality videos, Instagram Reels, short-form content, and photos at the workplace.
- Planning: Plan and execute video shoots based on content briefs and marketing goals.
- Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and brand assets.
- Graphic Design: Create creative graphics, thumbnails, social media banners, and digital collateral.
- Post-Production Enhancement: Add smooth transitions, visual effects, subtitles/captions, trending music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current Instagram/social media trends and create platform-friendly content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing/content team to brainstorm fresh ideas and campaigns.
- Workflow Management: Handle the entire pipeline from shooting → editing → final delivery, maintaining consistent brand style and quality.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, or Content Creation.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CapCut.
- Shooting Capabilities: Hands-on experience with mobile/camera shooting, framing, lighting, and basic audio capture.
- Short-Form Content Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral video formats.
- Creative Mindset: Solid visual aesthetics, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
