Nature Tree Paints is looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and generating sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and customer meetings.
- Maintain daily call and lead reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Requirements





- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
