Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tool Room Incharge to lead and manage tool room operations with a focus on mould maintenance and repair. The role includes overseeing IM/Blow/PET moulds, implementing preventive maintenance, handling breakdown troubleshooting, supervising mould fitting and assembly, and ensuring accurate tool inspection and spare management. Candidates should have solid hands‑on expertise in tool repair and maintenance, solid knowledge of machining processes, and proven ability to lead a maintenance team effectively. A qualification in ITI/Diploma – Tool & Die/Mechanical is required. Preference will be given to candidates with specialized knowledge of injection moulding, blow moulding, and PET moulds, along with demonstrated team management skills.
