Job Description: Influencer Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who has strong connections with influencer agencies, talent managers, and creators across India. The ideal candidate should have an existing influencer network and hands-on experience in planning, negotiating, and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, and influencers across PAN India.
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with agents and creators.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from outreach to content delivery and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams for campaign briefs and approvals.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, and prepare campaign reports.




- Ensure timely content publishing and maintain influencer and agency databases.
- Stay updated with influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform updates.

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
- Strong existing network with influencer agencies, managers, and creators.
- Experience handling beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle influencers is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
