Dehradun Defence College (DDC) is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Admission Counsellor & Telecaller to handle student admissions, parent enquiries, counselling, and lead conversion.

Admission Counsellor & Telecaller

Experience

- Experienced: 2+ years in Telecalling, Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or a related field
- Fresher: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents
- Counsel students and parents regarding DDC courses, admissions, fees, hostel facilities, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website, and other sources
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions
- Explain course details and admission procedures clearly
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
- Achieve monthly admission and lead-conversion targets
- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams




- Provide regular updates on lead status and follow-up activities

Requirements

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
- Good convincing and counselling ability
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with parents and students
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM/WhatsApp
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Preferred Candidates

Candidates from Education, Coaching, School, College, EdTech, Telecalling, Sales, or Admission Counselling backgrounds will be preferred.

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and skills.
