To manager the compete internal sales process receiving customer enquirires to quatiuaon, follow- up, order confiramtion and coordination with production, ppc, purchase, Qc, Stores, Accounts and Dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customer
Key Repsponsibilites
Enquiry Management
* Receive and registor customer enquiries through email, phone and other channels.
* Undersstand customer requirements, pump specificaotns, application and operating conditions
* Coordinate with the Technical / Sales Team for pump selction and technical clarifications.
* Prepare enqiury- wise records and ensure timely responses
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
