We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage production activities, coordinate with vendors and workforce, and ensure projects are delivered on time and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Plan and allocate work to production staff.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, workers and internal teams.
- Monitor production timelines and project execution.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage materials and production resources.
- Resolve on-site/production-related issues.
- Maintain production reports and records.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant production supervision experience.
- Experience in advertising, branding, events, fabrication, printing, exhibition or similar production environments preferred.
- Strong manpower and vendor coordination skills.
- Positive understanding of production timelines and execution.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
