Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Executive to manage and support key human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, people-management, recruitment, and HR operations skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave management.

- Coordinate payroll and ensure timely processing of employee information.

- Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.





- Support training, development, and employee retention initiatives.

- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent cond interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.

Eligibility

4–7 years of relevant HR experience with a strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
