Urgent Hiring – Data Entry Operator (IGI Lab Department)

Job Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and maintain diamond grading, certification, and production-related data in company systems.
- Update and manage records, reports, and databases on a daily basis.
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies before submission.
- Prepare MIS reports and data summaries using MS Excel.
- Maintain digital records and documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with the IGI Lab and internal departments for data collection and updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Perform other administrative and data management tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,



Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Back Office, or related roles preferred.
- Freshers with excellent MS Excel skills may also apply.
