Installation Technician / EngineerAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Installation Technician / Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute the installation of arcade games, interactive entertainment systems, arena equipment, and related electrical/mechanical systems at client locations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and client coordination, with the ability to independently manage installation activities at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare installations based on project and site requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site readiness, electrical requirements, space, tools, and other installation needs.
- Visit client sites to execute installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
- Ensure installations are completed safely, smoothly, within timelines, and with minimal issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, wiring, connectivity, and equipment-related problems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the installation process.
- Conduct final testing and ensure systems are fully functional before handover.
- Explain basic operation and maintenance procedures to clients when required.




- Maintain installation reports and checklists while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Provide post-installation technical support whenever required.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in installation, commissioning, field service, maintenance, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with machines, electrical equipment, industrial equipment, automation, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of electrical wiring, components, sensors, motors, control panels, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and client coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage installation activities at client locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including outstation travel.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred.

Location & Work Mode

- Location: Surat, Gujarat
- Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
- Travel: Extensive travel, including outstation client-site visits
