Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Customer Service Representative in Bengaluru.

This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing a smooth customer service experience.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, subject to the eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates: Freshers can apply.
- Non-Graduates:



Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of at least one regional language: Kannada or Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Salary Details

- Freshers: ₹16,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month
