Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: Graduation / MBA / Post Graduate – HR
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA
Department: HR & Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Manage BGV, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and database.
Required Skills:
- Good recruitment and sourcing skills
- Knowledge of Naukri and other job portals
- Positive communication and coordination
- Basic/Advanced Excel & MS Office
- Knowledge of ATS / Recruitment Software
