Accounts & Finance Lead

Experience: 5-8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Review and approve vendor payments, customer collections, and accounting transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, payables, and collection performance.
- Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, and month-end/year-end closures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, customers, and vendors on financial matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Robust experience in accounting, finance operations, and team management.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/Zoho Books, MS Excel, and online banking portals.
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and cash flow management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
