Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Expeditor / Expediting Engineer to coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, inspection agencies, and project teams to ensure timely manufacturing, inspection, documentation, and delivery of project materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and expedite purchase orders, vendor manufacturing, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors, procurement, engineering, inspection teams, and logistics for timely project execution.
- Track material status, production progress, inspection schedules, dispatch, and delivery commitments.
- Review and follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, packing lists, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and vendors for inspection activities.
- Maintain material and document tracking reports and provide regular status updates.
- Review quality and inspection documents such as ITP, MDCC, MTC, NCR, COC, and test certificates.
- Support GRN, material movement, and ERP-based purchase order tracking.




- Identify delays and coordinate with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Liaise with factory/vendor personnel regarding manufacturing and dispatch status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in expediting, procurement coordination, vendor coordination, inspection coordination, or project logistics.
- Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Chemical, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of vendor documentation, inspection procedures, and material delivery processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical and commercial project documents.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working with EPC contractors, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Chemical, or Industrial EPC projects will be preferred.
