We are looking for the Performance Marketor, who is having minimum 2 plus years of Experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
- Develop performance strategies, especially for fashion & e-commerce.
- Manage retention marketing across WhatsApp, CRM, email and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance — ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions and sales.
- Create and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives.
- Understand client requirements; prepare strategies and reports.
- Use AI tools for planning, analysis, creatives and automation.
- Stay updated on trends in performance marketing, AI and e-commerce.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and retention marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce and fashion industry preferred.
- Good grasp of analytics, customer journey and conversion optimisation.
- Knowledge of AI tools and effective AI prompting.
- Solid analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
- Good client communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
