Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end coordination of weddings and events.

This role requires a strong balance of client handling, planning, and on-ground execution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations
- Manage end-to-end event planning and coordination
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and event plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Handle venue, logistics, and hospitality arrangements
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution of events and weddings
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Manage client communication, feedback, and approvals
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Ideal Candidate Profile





- Minimum 2* years of experience in weddings/events industry*
- Strong client servicing and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel and work on event days/weekends
